3Charges

Effective from 1st February 2011

1. 3.1Landing and navigation charge

   Fixed wing and rotary wing aircraft

   Less than 2.5 metric tonne	£26.00 per metric tonne or part thereof
   Above 2.5 metric tonnes	£22.00 per metric tonne or part thereof

   
   (A 50% levy will be added to the landing and navigation charge for civil aircraft which are not compliant with ICAO Annex 16 Chapter 3 aircraft noise criteria).

2. 3.2Aircraft parking

   First 2 hours of Parking free. Thereafter, parking charges are levied per 24 hours or part thereof.

   All weight bands in metric tonnes (“mt”) are charged up to, and including the weights indicated.

   Up to 3.0 mt	£15.50
   Over 3.0 mt up to 8 mt	£6.00 per mt or part thereof
   Over 8 mt up to 25 mt	£5.50 per mt or part thereof
   Over 25 mt up to 100 mt	£4.50 per mt or part thereof
   Over 100 mt	£By negotiation

3. 3.3Aircraft hangarage

   Charges for aircraft hangarage

   Up to 3.0 mt	£30.00 per night
   Over 3.0 mt up to 10 mt	£15.00 per mt or part thereof

4. 3.4Ramp handling charge

   Charges for aircraft handling

   Up to 2.5 metric tonnes (mt)	Free
   Over 2.5 mt up to 5 mt	£50.00
   Over 5 mt up to 10 mt	£100.00
   Over 10 mt up to 25 mt	£150.00
   Over 25 mt	£250.00

5. 3.5Miscellaneous airfield services

   Charges for micellaneous airfield services

   Airport Bus	£60.00 per attendance
   Fork Lift and Driver	£80.00/hour or part thereof
   Man Hour	£40.00/hour or part thereof
   Ground Power Unit	£80.00/hour or part thereof
   Tow, Tug and Driver	£150.00/hour or part thereof
   Toilet Service	£60.00 per toilet
   Water Service	£60.00 per system
   Nitrogen or Oxygen Charge	£100.00 per service
   Aircraft De-icing	£200.00 attendance+2.50 per litre of fluid used
   Steps	£40.00 per attendance
   Baggage Conveyor	£60.00 per attendance
   Baggage Handling	£80.00 per attendance
   Aircraft Cleaning	By Negotiation
   Miscellaneous	By Negotiation
   Airstart	£250.00 per attendance

6. 3.6Supplements

   Charges for supplements

   Passenger Load Supplement (including security charge) (Applicable to aircraft over 2.5 metric tonnes)	£15.50 per departing passenger
   Immigration Attendance	£250.00 per hour
   Non Eu Food Waste Disposal	£200 per aircraft
   Contamination of Airfield (i.e. Fuel spillage)	£150 minimum charge
   Occupation of runway (i.e. Engine Run/Compass Swing	£250 per hour or part thereof              NOTE:  Cancelled bookings with less than 4 hours notice full charge applies.

7. 3.7Airfield extensions

   Airfield extension	£250.00 per hour or part thereof + Fire Cat Upgrade if required

8. 3.8Fire category upgrade

   Costs for Fire category upgrades

   Cat 6	£800.00
   Cat 5	£700.00
   Cat 4	£500.00
   Cat 3	£400.00
   Cat 2	£300.00
   Cat 1	£200.00
   For each hour after 4 hours Fire Cat Charges are:
   Cat 6	£400.00
   Cat 5	£350.00
   Cat 4	£250.00
   Cat 3	£200.00
   Cat 2	£150.00
   Cat 1	£100.00

   3.9Training

9. The standard training charge allows for a maximum of 2 approaches in any 30 minute slot booked. Any subsequent approaches in the booked period will be charged as listed below (Please note that all holds will be charged as an approach)

   For all aircraft up to 2.5 metric tonnes that do not land, training rates are as follows:

   Aircraft up to 2.5 metric tonnes that land at the Airfield whilst training will be charged a full landing fee as well as the training fee.

10. 3.10Fuel

    Fuel prices are subject to change on a monthly basis. Latest prices are available on request from Flight Operations.

11. 3.11Meeting room

    Charges for meeting room use

    morning/afternoon/evening session	£80

12. 3.12VAT

    All charges are exclusive of VAT which is payable at the standard rates when applicable. Fuel uplifts of AVTUR incur 5% VAT on quantities less than 2,300 litres (limited to one delivery within any 24 hour period), uplifts of 2,300 litres or more incur 20% VAT on the total litreage. Fuel uplifts of AVGAS incur 20%.

13. 3.13Payment

    Unless otherwise agreed, all fees and charges to be settled prior to departure. Further details of payment are set down in the terms and conditions of use of the Airfield.
