9Contracts (Rights of third parties) act 1999

  1. 9.1For the purpose of section 1(2) of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 the Parties state that they do not intend any term of this Agreement to be enforceable by any third parties but any third party right which exists or is available independently of that Act is preserved.
